Terms and Conditions

“We” and “Us” means Aquaticplants.co.in “You” means the customer or the dealer who places the order.

Ordering & Payment

Prepaid Only: We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as we utilize third-party courier services.

Payment Confirmation: Orders are only processed and confirmed once full payment has been received.

Communication: We strongly recommend providing a WhatsApp-enabled number during checkout. This allows us to share tracking details and reach out quickly if there are updates regarding your order.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Schedule: To ensure the health of your plants, we ship only from Monday to Thursday.

Weekend Policy: We do not ship on Fridays or weekends to prevent plants from sitting in courier hubs over non-working days.

Transit Time: All orders are sent via Express Courier. Delivery typically takes 2–3 working days post-shipping (rarely up to 4 days).

Tracking: Shipping details will be shared via WhatsApp or email once the package is dispatched.

 

Live Plant Guarantee & Variations

Visual Representation: Product images on the website are for reference only. As these are living organisms, actual products may vary slightly in shape, size, or color.

Adaptation Period: If a plant looks slightly different upon arrival, don’t panic! Aquatic plants often change appearance during transit but will quickly adapt and thrive once introduced to the right environment.

Damage & Refund Policy

Damaged Goods: If your plants arrive damaged, we offer two solutions:

A refund for the cost of the damaged item.

A replacement sent along with your next order.
Note: We do not send out individual replacements as standalone shipments.
